How to Process Your Online Payment:
- Access the online tenant portal:
https://go.bhhsbr.fyi/resident-portal- Locate the "Make Payments" tab and follow the "Click Here" link.
- You can make a "One-Time Payment" or set up "Auto-Pay"
NOTES
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month and must be paid in full by the 5th
- Late fees will be charged to the tenant's account for payments not received by the 5th.
- Auto-Pay takes 30 days to set up in the system, so ensure the payment goes through.
Due to the time zone difference, please schedule payments from the 2nd through the 5th, not on the 1st of the month.
