- The approval letter will contain an email requesting confirmation of the lease start date, any pets, and information about minor children.
- Once the information is collected, a lease will be sent electronically to the future tenant for digital signature.
- The security deposit, equal to one month's rent, must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the approval email.
- The prorated rent and pet fees will be due no later than 24 hours before the lease start date. (All funds must be in our office before the tenant can take possession of the property).**
- We'll schedule a move-in walkthrough to inspect the property, get keys, and review important information. It is typically scheduled on the lease start date unless it is a Saturday or Sunday.
