Application Process

Summary: The text provides an overview of the application process for prospective tenants who want to apply for a property. It outlines the steps involved, including applying online, submitting required documents, and waiting for approval from a third-party vendor.


What to Expect:

1. Apply online through the portal.

  • Make sure all adult household members are added to include employment and social security numbers.

  • $55 application fee per adult household member.

  • Make sure to fill out the information completely and add any pets with descriptions.

  • NOTE: Each adult applicant needs to submit separate applications with separate email addresses through Buildium.

2. The Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager will send an email to collect additional information and documents.

  • Copy of driver's licenses or other state-issued ID for all adult household members.

  • Provide income documents for adult household members (paystubs, benefit letters, retirement income statements, employment offer letters, etc.).

    • Paystubs must include at least one month's worth of the most current, consecutive paystubs.

    • Must be paystubs for continuous employment.

  • Names and dates of birth for any minor children to reside in the home

  • Please provide the lease start date you would like.

  • Provide information on any pets.

3. Once all documents are received, the screening will be sent to our third-party vendor for processing.

  • Processing can take up to 72 hours.

  • The Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager will inform the applicant if additional information is required.

  • An email notification will be sent to the applicant once approval is made.

All individuals 18 years and older must be included in the application for screening.
