What to Expect:
1. Apply online through the portal.
- Make sure all adult household members are added to include employment and social security numbers.
- $45 application fee per adult household member.
- Make sure to fill out the information completely and add any pets with descriptions.
- NOTE: You may need a different email address to register if you have previously used Rent Cafe.
2. The Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager will send an email to collect additional information and documents.
- Copy of driver's licenses or other state-issued ID for all adult household members.
- Provide income documents for adult household members (paystubs, benefit letters, retirement income statements, employment offer letters, etc.).
- Paystubs must include at least one month's worth of the most current, consecutive paystubs.
- Must be paystubs for continuous employment.
- Names and dates of birth for any minor children to reside in the home
- Please provide the lease start date you would like.
- Provide information on any pets.
3. Once all documents are received, the screening will be sent to our third-party vendor for processing.
- Processing can take up to 72 hours.
- The Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager will inform the applicant if additional information is required.
- An email notification will be sent to the applicant once approval is made.
All individuals 18 years and older must be included in the application for screening.
