What to Expect:
1. Apply online through the portal.
Make sure all adult household members are added to include employment and social security numbers.
$55 application fee per adult household member.
Make sure to fill out the information completely and add any pets with descriptions.
NOTE: Each adult applicant needs to submit separate applications with separate email addresses through Buildium.
2. The Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager will send an email to collect additional information and documents.
Copy of driver's licenses or other state-issued ID for all adult household members.
Provide income documents for adult household members (paystubs, benefit letters, retirement income statements, employment offer letters, etc.).
Paystubs must include at least one month's worth of the most current, consecutive paystubs.
Must be paystubs for continuous employment.
Names and dates of birth for any minor children to reside in the home
Please provide the lease start date you would like.
Provide information on any pets.
3. Once all documents are received, the screening will be sent to our third-party vendor for processing.
Processing can take up to 72 hours.
The Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager will inform the applicant if additional information is required.
An email notification will be sent to the applicant once approval is made.
All individuals 18 years and older must be included in the application for screening.
