Why can't I access my owner portal?

  • Have you followed the instructions in the email for the portal invitation?
    • If yes, submit a case to Yardi to reset the email.
  • Make sure to do the confirmation email to access the portal.

When can I expect my monthly disbursal?

  • Disbursements are scheduled to be sent out between the 10th and 15th of every month.

  • Please note that the timing may be impacted by holidays, weekends, and the tenant's rent date.

The amount of my disbursal is not what I expected. How can I find out why?
