What happens if I want to renew my lease?

1. You will receive an email with renewal options at least 60 days before your lease ends. Reply to the email with the option you wish to choose.
   
   
2. Your lease will be prepared and sent to you electronically. After all parties have signed the lease, you will receive a copy in your email.
   
   
3. Remember to update your autopay settings each time you renew your lease to ensure the correct amount is charged and your payment method has not expired. We often find that the autopay tends to reset and get kicked out of the system when a lease is renewed.

What happens if I do not want to renew my lease?

1. You have two options: either proactively send an email to the property management team, giving 60 days' notice to vacate the property, or reply to the renewal email within 60 days, stating you will be vacating and providing the date.
   
   
2. You will be responsible for paying the remaining months or days of rent on the lease term outside of the 60 days if the lease term is not over at the time of the move-out date. The amount will be charged at 35% for the remainder of the lease term.
   
   
3. If you go month to month, a 60-day notice is still required. 

What should I do if I receive military orders but my lease is not over yet?

1. You can provide your orders and give a 30-day notice to vacate the property.
   
   
2. You will only be responsible for the 30 days if you provide military orders dated correctly.
